Flaked repeatedly on service window times throughout the scheduled day until ultimately stopped communicating after 6:00. I called the next morning and they were apologetic. Things happen. Scheduled for 3 days out and asked for first appointment at 9:00. Same treatment again today. Didn’t hear anything until I got the text saying they were busy and asked if 3:00-5:00 would work. They show all 5-star reviews on their site. Somehow Google shows 1,000s of solid reviews. Look at Yelp and it’s the opposite with average rating below 3. Something is not right.

George and his partner were amazing! I needed several things done plumbing-wise, and I scheduled an appointment online. Within seconds, I received a text back, saying they were on their way. They were clean cut, professional, and so kind! (And were fun to converse with). I was also extremely impressed with the quick communication and customer service from the office. I would recommend them to anyone.

My Rooter Hero plumber, Julio Torres, was AWESOME! He responded super quickly, was so friendly, and patient with my big dogs. He worked efficiently to get the job done fast! I’m super grateful and would recommend for sure.

Christian was amazing. Arrived exactly when he said he would, less than 90 minutes after the first call. Identified the problem and coordinated additional service to solve it. If all my vendors were as professional as Christian, it would be a great day!!!

Rooter Hero offered excellent customer service. They offered a free inspection and same day service! Excellent! The technician, Eddie, was amazing. He came in, did his inspection, replaced the parts and cleaned up. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Ryan was prompt, professional, and thorough. He was courteous (wore booties in the house to protect our floors), kind, and patient as he explained his clean-out process, and he had our drain working properly very quickly. Rooter Hero staff are incredible. All the young ladies that handle the initial phone calls, appointments and dispatch were friendly, kind and professional. And then superstar Plumber Bryan Syre shows up. His attention to detail, commitment to see it through - ensuring the fix would hold - was exemplary. Just the nicest young man you’d ever want to welcome into your home for repairs. Skilled & kind. We definitely got the best. We used the special for the drain clog ($77) - what a price. No upsell, etc. Best deal ever and a stellar staff. Yes, Bryan Syre is my Hero!

Had a clogged kitchen sink that was not going down. Called in the morning, and the technician was sent out that afternoon. Ryan was very friendly and efficient. Worked clean and finished very quickly. Will definitely use you again for any plumbing needs!
